GBP Autopilot
Automated Google Business Profile management for local businesses.
GBP Autopilot connects to your Google Business Profile and handles the work that keeps a local listing healthy: it reads your incoming reviews, drafts a reply in your business's own voice for you to approve, writes and schedules profile posts, and tracks how many people viewed, called, or asked for directions over time.

What it does
Reviews, answered properly
Every new review is pulled in and a reply is drafted using only the facts you've given us about your business. Replies to unhappy customers always wait for your approval — never published automatically, however good the draft looks.
Posts that keep going out
Profile posts are written around the search terms customers actually use to find you, then scheduled at the frequency you choose. You can edit or cancel anything before it publishes.
Performance you can see
Views, calls and direction requests tracked daily, alongside the search terms Google reports for your listing, so you can tell whether any of it is working.
You stay in control
Every action the agent takes is logged. Automation is off by default and switched on per business, and you can disconnect at any time.
What data we access, and why
When you sign in, Google asks you to grant the business.manage permission. We use it only for the following:
| What we read or write | Why |
|---|---|
| Your business locations and their details | To show you which profiles you can manage, and to write copy that names the right business and area |
| Your reviews and their replies | To draft replies, and to avoid ever overwriting a reply you wrote yourself |
| Publishing replies and posts | Only after you approve them, or only for the categories you have explicitly switched on |
| Performance metrics and search terms | To show views, calls and direction requests over time |
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone. Your Google credentials are encrypted and can be revoked by you at any time from your Google Account permissions page. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.
