The service
GBP Autopilot connects to your Google Business Profile to draft review replies, write and schedule posts, and report performance. It is operated by Bansal Minerals, Foundry Nagar, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Your account
You need a Google account that owns or manages the Business Profile you connect. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure, and for making sure you are entitled to manage any profile you connect.
What gets published, and who is responsible
Content is generated automatically and you remain responsible for everything published to your profile. Read drafts before approving them. Where you switch on automatic publishing, you accept responsibility for what is published under those rules.
Replies to reviews at or below your configured rating threshold are never published automatically, regardless of other settings.
Acceptable use
You must not use this service to:
- Publish false, misleading or deceptive information about a business.
- Offer any incentive in exchange for a review, or otherwise solicit reviews in a way Google's policies prohibit. The service actively refuses to write such content.
- Post content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes anyone's rights.
- Manage a profile you are not authorised to manage.
You must also comply with Google's Business Profile guidelines. Breaking them can get your listing suspended by Google, which is outside our control.
Availability
The service is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. It depends on Google's APIs, which may change, rate-limit or become unavailable.
No guarantee of results
We make no promise about search rankings, customer enquiries, or any other business outcome.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from content published through the service, from your profile being suspended, or from any unavailability of Google's APIs.
Ending it
You can disconnect at any time by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and can request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
